Responsibilities for Regional Sales Representative:

• Coordinate, replenish, and monitor the circulation of goods on store shelves and exhibits to sustain high-quality and freshness.
• Improve sales outcomes by securing new display spaces, creating incremental displays, and using sales data to guide store-level initiatives.
• Continuously follow up on emerging account opportunities and develop lasting customer relationships, while also overseeing the implementation of promotions.
• Introducing upcoming products and services can help maximize sales and shelf space within current accounts and when appealing to new customers.
• Engage in daily route settlement tasks to verify the completeness of product deliveries, invoice procedures, and cash handling, while also overseeing inventory accuracy.
• Drive the company route truck conscientiously and document daily activities meticulously following DOT guidelines
• Adhere to the deadlines for submitting any required documentation, paperwork, or deposits promptly

Requirements for Regional Sales Representative:

• To be considered, individuals need to be at least 21 years of age or older.
• It is necessary to hold a valid driver's license and demonstrate safe driving practices.
• Holding a DOT medical card is a fundamental requirement.
• Proficient in tasks requiring climbing, pushing/pulling, bending, stooping, kneeling for extended durations, along with frequent reaching and finger utilization.
• 1-3 years of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) is preferred.
