Job Description of In-Store Merchandiser:

In-Store Merchandiser Join our team of In-Store Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.Represent Mondelz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelz' DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelz' guidelines.Ensure Sales Representative's negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelz' management team.Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelz in store.

Qualification of In-Store Merchandiser:

• To qualify, individuals must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and demonstrate proof of auto insurance.
• A person who demonstrates a positive and professional ethos, intrinsically motivated, and proficient in self-directed work.
• Potential to drive your personal vehicle to a diverse range of store locations, with the benefit of mileage reimbursement.
• The ability to download and use work-related software on your personal device. Competence in carrying out physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced work setting and meeting specified physical requirements like repetitive lifting, bending, and transporting objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• On occasion, physical effort is required to handle items weighing in excess of 50 pounds. This entails manually moving our products from the storage areas to the store floor and organizing them on the shelves.
