Job Summary of Kitchen Support Staff:

A Kitchen Support Staff is responsible for preparing and cooking food, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensuring high-quality food service. They work as part of a team to support restaurant operations, follow food safety guidelines, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities for Kitchen Support Staff:

• Delivers outstanding guest service quickly and with a positive attitude
• Keeps the restaurant clean by performing housekeeping duties while also preparing and serving food items following specific regulations set by the Brand, Company, and health department
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met Keeps accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records Follows all government laws and safety codes Completes reports on all incidents following our 5-minute rule policy Lives our Company values
