Responsibilities for Sales Team Leader:

• Nurture and manage relationships with the sales team, aid in overseeing operational sales functions, and be available to take on sales routes as necessary.
• Take charge of mentoring, coaching, and motivating the sales team at the center, promoting a culture of excellence and adherence to the best practices of Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) to achieve and maintain a prestigious sales center status. Utilize innovative technologies to interpret data insights and craft sales strategies that drive collective achievements within the competitive marketplace.

Requirements for Sales Team Leader:

• Candidates should possess three to five years of experience in customer relations or sales.
• Applicants must have at least half a year of experience in supervising and motivating others (A blend of training and practical experience proving the ability to carry out the job may be used instead).
• Proficient knowledge of computer skills, with a focus on PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, is essential.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving history are essential prerequisites.
• Acquiring and keeping a DOT Medical card is necessary.
