Responsibilities of Retail Service Associate:

• Prioritize exceptional customer service by interacting with customers to provide personalized recommendations on Skechers merchandise, ensuring each shopper finds the ideal choice. Our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service remains unwavering.
• Retail Sales Achievement: Actively participate in reaching store and individual sales targets. Take advantage of the Retail Service Associate role to refine your expertise in retail sales and familiarize yourself with our product selection.
• Store Operations: Beautify the store's presentation by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and overseeing merchandise. This position involves lifting and moving shoes and boxes, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and staying on your feet for most of the shift.
• Cashier Obligations: Handle cashier tasks proficiently, accurately managing payment transactions, and ensuring customers have a great final experience.
• Empower sales success and customer relationships by staying knowledgeable on the newest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories, and sharing product information effectively.
• Work together with other employees to design a store environment that embodies the core values of Skechers and meets the operational standards required by the company.

Requirements of Retail Service Associate:

• Ready to excel in customer service within an introductory retail role.
• Driven to meet and surpass retail sales targets through hard work and dedication.
• Experienced, meticulous, and proficient in cashier duties.
• Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.
• To effectively represent the Skechers brand, one must convey a compelling sense of urgency and enthusiasm, marked by liveliness and energy.
• While a high school diploma is preferred, it is not a strict requirement for consideration.
• While experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier positions is a bonus, it is not essential.
• Applicants should have turned 18 years old by the time they apply.
