Job Description of Store Sales Associate:

Embark on a career as a Store Sales Associate and assist in addressing the merchandising needs of our grocery clientele through tasks like replenishing shelves, setting up displays, and forming partnerships with well-known retailers such as Walmart, Publix, and Food Lion. Take on the responsibility of being a brand ambassador for popular products like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, alongside other top snacks in the market. Your duties will involve following Mondelez's visit method for in-store visits, utilizing an iPad Tablet to place orders for shelf and display items, and ensuring the proper representation and maintenance of Nabisco's leading brands in line with Mondelz's merchandising guidelines.

Supervise Store Sales Associate engagements with store managers and inform Mondelz management of any issues that arise. Follow the daily itinerary planned by the operations team to maximize effectiveness during in-store visits. Elevate seasonal sales, introduce new products, and elevate seasonal displays. Coordinate with Merchandisers to uphold fully stocked and well-maintained inventory at all times. The specific salary is contingent on elements such as experience, competencies, educational background, and financial constraints.

Qualification of Store Sales Associate:

• Meeting the requirements involves being a minimum of 18 years old, owning a valid driver's license, and demonstrating proof of automobile insurance.
• The option to drive to multiple store locations using your personal vehicle is available, with mileage costs covered.
• Preference is given to candidates with a high school diploma or GED.
• Aptitude to excel in a high-intensity work atmosphere and fulfill the required physical duties such as repeated lifting, bending, and moving objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• The process encompasses the physical transfer of our goods from the warehouse to organizing them on the shelves within the store.
• Must live within a reasonable distance of Macon, GA and have the flexibility to travel to Warner Robins, GA if necessary.
• Relocation support is not an option within this company
