Job Description of Retail Sales Associate:
Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and help meet the merchandising requirements of our grocery customers by restocking shelves, creating displays, and collaborating with major clients like Walmart, Publix, and Food Lion. Represent renowned brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, and Chips Ahoy, as well as other top snacks in the industry. Your role includes conducting store visits as per Mondelez's method, using an iPad Tablet to place orders for products, and ensuring that leading Nabisco brands are adequately showcased, stocked, and managed according to Mondelz's merchandising standards.
Monitor the compliance of Retail Sales Associate in their interactions with store managers and report any concerns to Mondelz management. Adhere to the daily route schedule provided by the operations team for optimal in-store service efficiency. Improve seasonal sales, introduce new products, and enhance seasonal displays. Collaborate with Merchandisers to maintain well-stocked and well-presented inventory consistently. The actual salary offered varies based on factors like expertise, qualifications, background, and financial resources.
