Responsibilities of Warehouse Delivery Associate:

• Ensure the maintenance and improvement of warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Order completion, incorporating duties like wire trimming and fulfilling pipe orders
• Safe forklift/equipment usage
• Assisting with the transfer of goods to and from delivery trucks during shipping operations
• Experienced in helping customers and addressing phone calls as necessary.
• Additional warehouse tasks given as needed

Qualification of Warehouse Delivery Associate:

• Committed to 100% accuracy and Doing Tasks Right the First Time (DIRTFT)
• Ability to learn use of handheld RF scanners and operating systems
• Safe operation of forklift or other powered equipment
• Good oral & written communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated and teamwork focused
• Desire to learn and grow in responsibilities

The bodily requirements and environmental conditions for Warehouse Delivery Associate:

• Warehouse work typically involves continuous standing and walking tasks that occupy the employees for the majority of their shift
• Repeatedly lifting objects up to 50 pounds in weight
• Employees are expected to work 40 hours within the usual Monday to Friday timeframe, although occasional evening and weekend shifts may be needed based on business demands
• Regular, punctual, and dependable on-site attendance is a vital expectation
• Up to $150 is allotted for reimbursement towards the purchase of steel toe shoes
